Coming to terms with your decision to agree to our Terms of Agreement is the sole responsibility of the agreer. The financial burden of coming to terms with your decision to agree to our Terms of Service (ToS) is solely on the agreer and any therapy or emotional counsel that results from coming to terms with your decision to agree to our Terms of Agreement (ToA) is frankly none of our business. You will not use this site if you have had a lucid dream in the last 72 hours. Any and all stories read, half-read, reread or otherwise outright ignored written by M.P. Fitzgerald will be done so by the agreer’s “freewill”. It is not the responsibility of Graphomania nor its members (living, dead, not-born yet, legally not living, existent or non-existent (in this dimension or others)) to console the agreer of an incompatible deterministic universe or a compatible indeterministic universe as it pertains to freewill and the moral responsibility of the agreer in both the strong or weak sense which will be defined as follows:
1. A lack of moral responsibility in the strong sense does not imply a lack of morality or lack of moral framework. The strong sense is not simply about future consequences but drives justification for retribution.
2. Responsibility in the weak sense is inherent in moral responsibility and the lack of freewill and does not drive retributive justice, rather it requires rehabilitation when possible.
3. Rejecting Compatibilism “…leads to punitive assessments beyond mere utility, great inequality justifications, as well as justifications for hatred, an unhealthy degree of self-blame, and many other negative traits that we have carried for far too long.”1

It is not, never was, and never shall be the responsibility of Graphomania for an incompatible deterministic universe, nor the lack of freewill in said incompatible deterministic universe. Further, delusions of freewill are your own and are obviously not a choice.

We are aware of the mistake above where we accidentally referred to our “Terms of Agreement” (ToA) as a “Terms of Service” (ToS) and execute our right to be lazy and not to change it. As such, by clicking the “I agree to the terms” button you agree that pointing out such an error gives us the right to call you a “prat who does not read the fine print” in writing.
“The Universe” for the sake of utter and pure simplicity shall be defined as such:
“An E8 (eight) Lie Group of 8 (eight) dimensions consisting of Planck length 3 (three) D pixel tetrahedrons existing in one of three (3) states creating vibrations in a quantum field on said 8 (eight) D cell of the E8 (eight) lattice (a shape with 240 vertices known as the “Gosset polytope”) which is projected to 4D. Two identical 4D shapes of different sizes are created and the ratio of their sizes is the golden ratio. Each of these shapes are constructed of 600 3-dimensional tetrahedra rotated from one another by a golden-ratio based angle. This 4D shape will be referred to as the “600-Cell”. The 600-Cells interact in specific ways (they intersect in 7 golden-ratio related ways and “kiss” in one particular way) to form a 4D quasicrystal. By taking 3D subspaces of this 4D quasicrystal and rotating them from one another at a certain angle, we form a 3D quasicrystal that has one type of prototype: a 3D tetrahedron. Time is not an independent background through which states evolve, with the Hamiltonian operator acting as the generator of infinitesimal translations of quantum states through time, nor is time a dynamical variable which relates directly with matter and moreover requires the Hamiltonian constant to vanish. Rather, as time has been observed macroscopically, it removes any possibility of employing a fixed notion of time. Time is a derivation of a granular structure of space at the Planck length. This includes, but is not limited to: Overlaying Vertex-Sharing 5-Fold Clusters Together, Vertex-Sharing 5-Fold Cluster, Edge-Sharing 5-Fold Cluster, Overlaying Vertex-Sharing 4-Fold Cluster and Vertex Sharing 5-Fold Cluster Together, Overlaying Vertex-Sharing and Edge-Sharing 4-Fold Clusters Together, Vertex-Sharing 4-Fold Cluster, Edge-Sharing 4-Fold Cluster, Overlaying Vertex-Sharing 3-Fold Cluster and Vertex-Sharing 5-Fold Cluster Together, Overlaying Vertex-Sharing and Edge-Sharing 3-Fold Clusters Together, Vertex-Sharing 3-Fold Cluster, and Edge-Sharing 3-Fold Cluster.
Reality is information behaving physically, particles exist in an information realm of possibility - relating to possibilities corresponding to the geometry of a waveform. Therefore, information is consciousness as by definition information resides in consciousness. Information is also made of consciousness, so “reality” is made of some form of primary consciousness behaving mathematically and in a pixelated manner at the Planck scale. Consciousness uses language. An object is defined as “anything that can be thought of”. Languages are sets of objects and organizing rules with degrees of freedom. The substructure of spacetime is quantized into a mosaic-like algorithmic language. Freedom within the mathematical rules allows non-deterministic expressions of physical reality, including emergent consciousnesses such as human minds, from these primitive physically (mathematically) behaving Planck scale units of consciousness. It is a code that thinks. Units of consciousness create mathematical symbols. Consciousness creates or “thinks” by “freewill” choices of (1) what to be aware of via observation and (2) what meaning is attached to such observations. Primitive units of consciousness cooperate in a mathematical language by agreeing on what to observe (the “base object”) and how to interpret those observations. An example is a language based on two “letters”, formed by thinking of a cube (a base object) and then observing it in two ways - creating two flat 2D visual projections (“letters”). Then, mathematical matching rules or syntax can create combinations of those flat 2D visual projections into a language - expressing things such as the geometric patterns of physical “reality”. Quasicrystal language, therefore, in nature are atomic scale languages with (1) finite character sets and (2) syntactical rules with degrees of freedom. The “meaning” these languages express in the physical properties of the material. Because Quasicrystal language exists in atomic quantum scale “reality” and corresponds to a key scientific observations and quantum theoretical models, we suggest using it for a theory of everything. “Reality” may be built from units of physically behaving coordinated unit consciousness acting as mathematical operators in a Planck scale quasicrystal language.”2

A “Term of Agreement” will be defined as such:

We shall not define read, reread, half-read or “outright ignored” as we have already defined “The Universe” which includes anything and everything within it.

A “Gosset polytope” is probably not a thing.
No late fees will ever be applied to the agreer for not reading a story “on time” (time, and what is in it, is defined above) in any kind of monetary sense. We cannot speak of the karmic punishment that may or may not be taxed on the agreer by a possibly conscious universe or eldritch horror. Such things are outside of Graphomania’s “jurisdiction”.
